Just Wow
Wow, the experience was delightful. I was hesitating to contact the support because I know how long and time-consuming it would be. But decided to try, and was amazed at the speed at which we've resolved the problem. Benjamin from the support team is the best!

Quick and Correct Response
Quick and Correct Response Thanks to Benjamin, with a super quick response to my question. I think I have resolved my issue. My problem was that every few minutes I had to keep logging into NordPass. Of course, I was lazy to snoop around and check the settings, but a quick Chat with NordPass (Benjamin) and he send me the correct article that pointed me to the solution right away. Thank you , this was a great response Keep up the good work

Denzel was amazing!
Denzel was amazing! He was attentive and patient and walked me through my issues to a positive resolution. He was very professional and encouraging. If there's an Employee of the Week/Month, Denzel has my vote!

Quick and Correct Response Thanks to Benjamin, with a super quick response to my question. I think I have resolved my issue. My problem was that every few minutes I had to keep logging into NordPass. I was having trouble getting into my account after resetting my Master Password. Benjamin did a terrific job not only putting up with my rising level of frustration, he patiently helped me reset the account completely and stood by readily to help further as needed. Which I did, multiple times. He was prompt, kind, and courteous even when I wasn't! NordPass is a great password manager and the fact that it's such a pain to recover the account ought to speak well of its security, oddly enough. ...

Authenticator App Not Sending Push Notifications
I was having issues with the authenticator app not working. Used the chat feature on the website, and immediately got a response from Denzel. Let me tell you... Denzel is the man. Quick to respond, understanding, pacient, and all around a pioneer for the customer. I hope he is able to receive some koodos, and is able to enjoy his hip hop hoppity day of Easter!
