Make the Nordpass exe for Windows More Obvious Please
The Windows App for Nordpass is difficult to find, it looks like a footnote compared the multiple signup and extension buttons.Kurt was very helpful though, appreciated his swiftness and understanding.But yeah, make the windows exe download a little more apparent is my advice - it is weirdly left out.

Had to contact support when I first got everthing setup as I thought there was a problem with my intial data. Paula Lopez helped me out and we got the problem sorted very quickly. She was amazing and their support system is easy to use.

Beyond the password managing side of…
Beyond the password managing side of things and its cool features, the customer service top notch. I had a major issue with logging in but I have got a hold of customer service within 2 minutes and Bob in particular provided me with every solution possible, and workarounds aswell which I appreciated.

Kingsley saved the day
Kingsley saved the day! I had a tech issue with logging in as a new user and Kingsley was able to walk me through it in a live chat and was extremely patient with me while I logged into all the devices I wanted to use NordPass with. I truly appreciate the help Kingsley provided and I am looking forward to using this password manager. Thank you again!
