Always stellar support and service

Except for the new feature requesting to login to the VPN for it to work (which sort of defeats the purpose of having a VPN) - the variety of server locations, the speed and the peace of mind of the VPN and Pass are second to none. Always recommend NordVPN to anyone. Hopefully someone at Nord will figure out someday that logging into the app to use it is........moronic. But other than that - 5 stars all the way.

Great agent bad product experience

Sophie was an exceptional agent, very fast and understanding my issue was solved in seconds. But I don't like to pay for premium things and have to contact support to have them activated. If you made your payment module to work fine you should also do that with the whole app.

I was professionally assisted by "Andrew" on 19 June 2022 pertaining to a problem with my NordPass account. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, understanding and patience in helping me with the situation. Not only was he able to correct the problem he took the time to "walk"been me through the process step by step. Customer service.

Have been a NordVPN user for some time now. Decided to try NordPass. Seemed I was already a subscriber to this service and hadn't realised. As such I did not have the required log in information. I opened a live chat and was instantly taken care of by their representative, (Grant) who solved my issues within a matter of minutes, and I must say as painlessly as I could have hoped for.
