Jonathan was very helpful

Jonathan was very helpful. Even though my Master Password could not be reset I remembered to ask about a cap. Jonathan gladly told me there was no cap so I could try passwords to my hearts content and within probably 5 mins of trying 20+ ideas I finally got in. Very Happy Customer!

Updating subscription plan in the app

I had an issue with reflecting my purchased subscription plan in the NordVPN apps and when chatting with their support specialist Kurt, they were exceptionally knowledgable and quick to resolve the issue—within two minutes! I have been using NordVPN since 2017…

I have been using NordVPN since 2017 and recently tried the free trial of NordPass. I contacted their customer service via the chat and it was very efficient. Took less than 2 minutes to resolve my issue. The gentleman that helped me was Jonathan.

Problems solved with Chat

I used the Chat to ask a couple of questions. And Jonathan was able to solve my problems quickly and without a lot of chit chat. He got to the point and now I'm Nordpass problem free! Great App and great customer service!
