Previous one year NordVPN Customer. Denzel Kept me a customer!

Previous one year NordVPN Customer. Long time LastPass customer. Left Lastpass and Signed a two year VPN and Pass deal. Had problems with nord pass set up with extensions on Brave Browser. Denzel was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me get every thig right. Valuable employee. 15 years in customer service. Denzel helped and was key to keeping me as a customer. Love Nord and your team, Keep up the great work guys!

I made an impulsive decision and signed up for a deal before realizing that I had a free password manager option through my university. The customer service member, Jonathan, readily explained the features and insisted that I try it out. Ultimately, though, he came to understand that it did not suit my needs at the moment, and efficiently processed my refund. Great experience with llittle stress.
