Happy long term customer
Been with them for 2 years without any issue. Had some troubles renewing, spoke to an actual human (Garry) at customer service and 3 minutes later it was all sorted. Cant recommend them enough

Evan and Gary is gold star in custumer service, Period. Evan was patient and super nice about my stupid questions, and my problems about my payment that dint work, and he even gave me tips on changing modes on my browser, and when i (by my own misstake) closed my firefox, and opened chrome, i lost my connetion,, so i started new chat,, and i was derected too him again,,, and we tried to work out my problems, and then i again closed my browser,by mistake,, and i lost evan :( ,,, newchat, ...

Garry was really professional and…
Garry was really professional and understanding on the issue I was facing on the Nord website with the subscription message. I renewed the NordVPN subscription for another 2 years. However, the website still showed the message that my subscription was going to end soon and to renew. I was getting nervous and frustrated as my expiration year showed 2024 yet the website kept stating I had to renew. Garry took his time and assisted with removing the message from my profile. Technical Difficulties
While not the most convenient purchasing experience Garry was very helpful and we managed to get things going after a solid 20-30 min. I'd recommend checking browser compatibility to latest updates something must be triggering something.

Next level customer service
I needed help recovering a generated password that I failed to save in the NordPass app (completely my mistake). I reached out days later using their chat on nordpass.com. Kurt helped me out, giving me information that enabled me to retrieve the generated password! Sadly, I had left the chat, so I then talked to Jonathan to deliver the good news. Great customer service and a joy to talk to the both of them. Cannot recommend NordPass enough.

I had a problem with the master…
I had a problem with the master password and I contacted the customer service, via chat, trough its website. Benjamin attended me quickly and solved the incident for me. Good service

I couldn't make payment for Nordpass…
I couldn't make payment for Nordpass Premium. Ada was very impatient and spent time helping me, making sure my problems were solved. That's why I love about Nordvpn. Customer service is excellent!

Benjamin really saved the day…
Benjamin really saved the day with a quick reset email solution after I forgot my login details. Nice to use NordPass to fully secure my passwords.
