I lost both my "master password" and my…

I lost both my "master password" and my "recovery code" and Kurt did a very wonderful job explaining how to retrieve them without having to "reset" the "vault." Where my P/W's are stored. Thank you again for your wonderful help. I'm going to try and retrieve it through my Android Phone like Kirk had mentioned to me in "chat" box. I'm just "new" at using NORDVPN, so still learning how to use these features.

I spoke with Kurt and haven't tried his suggestions, but will later tonight. I wasn't able to log all the way into my new account, but, apparently, showed three different emails that I may of used. He spent a lot of time and typing with me and really tried to help. I think he acted professionally with the fact that he wasn't going to give out any information in case it wasn't my account. I hope his suggestions work or I will just need to purchase a different password manager.

I decided to finally get a personal premium Nordpass account, and I was pleasantly surprised with the service that I decided to try to upgrade it to a family plan, just to find out that this is not possible. So, I contacted customer service over the possibility of getting a refund on my personal account (within the 30-day guarantee) so that I can then get a family plan.
