Excellent customer support.
Whenever I need support, the Nord-staff (NordVPN, NordPass and NordLocker) are always quick to respond and resolve the problem. They are mindful not to use technical language that might confuse the customer or complicate the situation even further, and they patiently guide through the various steps until a solution is found. In short: great people providing great products. Keep up the good work, fellas!

Nice PWManager with simple layout
Nice PWManager with simple layout. Since SamsungPass dont have PWgenerator and dont sync between devices and i am already user of NordVpn/Locker ive choose NordPass. Fast Support, nice layout, good extensions for browsers and excelent app for mobiles.

First grade customer support! Thank you, you truly made my day. I got to speak total of 3 different people and they all helped me out with different problems. First NordPass and then I was forwarded to NordVPN team. No waiting time at all. The solutions were found easily and even after finding a quick fix Rachel took an extra step for finding the root cause as well. They also provided me guidance with NordVPN tools and settings. Super nice, polite and funny peeps ^^
