What do you like best about NoFraud? The automated cancellation of risky orders is perfect for saving time and keeping your merchant accounts in good standing. What do you dislike about NoFraud? I wish no fraud had more comprehensive integrations with new Shopify apps for upsell and subscriptions that are now running through the Shopify checkout instead of their own 3rd party checkouts. "Reliable and Responsive"

What do you like best about NoFraud? I appreciate the level of communication with their support team, they are very reliable and work quickly. I use the system to approve valid orders before they are shipped to make sure we are not sending anything to a fraudulent address. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Sometimes I receive complaints from customers about NoFraud asking for too much information that they become suspicious and don't feel comfortable giving out too much information. What ...

What do you like best about NoFraud? How hands off I can be since the tool does all the heavy lifting! What do you dislike about NoFraud? I don't love the customer experience of having to submit paperwork if they are flagged - would prefer another method. Recommendations to others considering NoFraud: save time and money by adding a fraud protection solution. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? manual work on the CS team.

What do you like best about NoFraud? No fraud is a turn-key solution to stop fraudulent ecommerce activity. What do you dislike about NoFraud? There's really nothing for us to complain about. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? Since implementing NoFraud, we've been able to identify fraudulent orders 75% more of the time.

What do you like best about NoFraud? Easy to use, good connection with Shopify Flow, fair pricing. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Automation for auto-decline could be better. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? Fraudulent purchases. Avoiding losing inventory PLUS the associated chargeback.

What do you like best about NoFraud? Completely automated system requires almost no employee intervention. Saves us hours per day not having to call banks, etc. to verify credit card purchases. What do you dislike about NoFraud? They only cover purchases up to $2,000, but if you pay an additional fee they will increase the limit.
