What do you like best about NoFraud? I appreciate the level of communication with their support team, they are very reliable and work quickly. I use the system to approve valid orders before they are shipped to make sure we are not sending anything to a fraudulent address. What do you dislike about NoFraud? She has been great with us the entire time we've had her and she's educated us on different services NoFraud offers that we did not know we needed. What do you like best about NoFraud? Any fraudulent transactions are flagged, stopped and refunded with no effort on our part. This feature has saved us thousands of dollars, blocking sales to unauthorized resellers looking to export our products abroad. What do you like best about NoFraud? our chargeback issue is decreasing. and we can see why the order is defined as risk. What do you dislike about NoFraud? not sure why sometimes Shopify defines the order as "high risk", but nofraud is defined as "low risk". What do you like best about NoFraud? No fraud is a turn-key solution to stop fraudulent ecommerce activity. What do you dislike about NoFraud? There's really nothing for us to complain about. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? Since implementing NoFraud, we've been able to identify fraudulent orders 75% more of the time.
