"No headaches"

What do you like best about NoFraud? Since we switched to NoFruad we've had next to no troubles with chargebacks or any fraud. They do a great job of keeping all the fraud headaches to themselves and I simply don't worry anymore. It's been great. What do you dislike about NoFraud?
