What do you like best about NoFraud? One thing that we really enjoy about NoFraud is their quick response times and ability to grow with customers. When we first started using NoFraud, we found multiple orders were producing a false negative (mainly due to our high product pricing I presume). What do you like best about NoFraud? They will get in touch if they notice anything suspicious, and they will reply to your emails within 24 business hours, usually much shorter than that. What do you like best about NoFraud? This program is easy to set up and easy to use. What do you dislike about NoFraud? A Paypal transaction gets through every once in a while. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? A lot of Fraud has been caught limiting our time and energy in refunding it, as the refund happens right away.

Determining the risk associated with processing an online credit card order. Having multiple criteria for review in making an order decision is beneficial.

What do you like best about NoFraud? Since we switched to NoFruad we've had next to no troubles with chargebacks or any fraud.
