Probably the worst support for a product I've ever seen. I've had a support ticket active for over 10 days... the last thing I heard was "Someone from the Sales team will contact you..." As a paid customer you states a "1 business day response." It doesn't count just acknowledging the ticket and then not replying anymore. awful support

awful support, someone has used our website to register an account and we cannot open an account, we can prove it's our domain..yet it seems very difficult to do anything or literally open an account with our domain. Been going back and forth with support for over a week, we give up!

Bad for SEO

3 days ago I tried Nitropack everything is good with the website speed but It really bad for SEO. I write 2 new articles every day and after 2 days they are on the first page of google and with images indexed, After I installed Nitropack my Articles aren't indexed, it's been 3 days and nothing. I'm deleting this piece of shet plugin, It's good if you don't care about SEO.

Slowest support on any digital product I ever use!

At this point, I don't recommend it! Support is fast until you're in the trial period. After that, brace yourself. You wait for days, sometimes for weeks, to get a solution. After a few days, you get a short answer that someone from tech, billing, whatever will answer. And you wait again for days to get the answer.
