I like that I can implement this tool in a group within minutes without using custom coded solutions. What do you like best? Ability to view process at a high level via map view and also to have detailed information at the click of a tab. This makes it very easy to identify gaps between existing processes and a proposed change. What do you dislike? Not entirely comfortable with the new star rating of processes but it is an improvement from the emoticons.
