What do you like best? Easy access, excellent help videos and follow up from the site to prompt actions. What do you dislike? Search menu can be challenging which requires careful management What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Coordinating hundreds of processes throughout the group. Providing up to date instraucitons, policies and documents. Keeping everyone up to date on how we do things here. Involving customers and suppliers.

The ability to add attachments and links is also very useful. What do you dislike? Decision's are not flexible enough.
