What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We use NinjaOne Primarly for OS Patch Management and it has been a game changer for us in our environment. The way of approaching patch management has been fantastic to us. We use this product everyday to keep us up todate and to ensure our compliance with cybersecurity. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's much faster to get to the website in a hurry and get connected to a PC compared to other RMM services we've used. Also the customer support has been very responsive. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The built-in reporting feature is alrmost worthless. The integrations with Bitdefender are not quite good enough. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Ninja is helping to keep patching up to date.
