What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We use NinjaOne Primarly for OS Patch Management and it has been a game changer for us in our environment. The way of approaching patch management has been fantastic to us. We use this product everyday to keep us up todate and to ensure our compliance with cybersecurity. "Great Staff and a Great Product!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's much faster to get to the website in a hurry and get connected to a PC compared to other RMM services we've used. Also the customer support has been very responsive. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The built-in reporting feature is alrmost worthless. "Almost perfect Ninja!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is simple to use, and gives a good visual dashboard of what is going on. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The integrations with Bitdefender are not quite good enough. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Ninja is helping to keep patching up to date.

Nothing to complain about, a solid software. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Ninja increased our monitoring possabilities by alot and solved the problem with applying Updates for Servers.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have tried many different RMMs in my IT career so far - NinjaRMM has made Implementation, Deployment, Management, and life incredibly easy. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Foremost is the staff at Ninja, they are an awesome support/sales process to work with. They always go out out of the way to find an solution to a problem or answer to a question. I always have a great customer experience with them. "System Management Made Easy"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ability to monitor all of my servers in one place is very handy. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Removing a system from the dashboard if an abnormal issue occurs could be easier. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? NinjaOne cuts down on my time spent checking for and running updates on my servers.
