What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My favorite thing is definitely the ease of use. It's very intuitive. A really interesting price considering all the features included. "A fresh approach to RMM"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Development appears to be constant and consistent. There are lots of automation tools, remote machine administration tools (so that user interaction is minimal), and integrations for other tools. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Usability for in house and for managing our clients is premier. It integrateswith 3rd part software that we use and it allows for documentation for knowledge base and documentation for our clients tthat we can save for credential and cofiguration What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja not only ensures that our machines are updated but being able to access machines or run scripts and commands remotely is literally a life saver and has saved our skin many times. "Ninja One is a great addition to our IT toolbox"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja One has made keeping our systems updated and patched signigicantly more efficient and easier. The remote desktop capabilities that are fairly seemless make supporting users in outside locations quicker without so much time lost to travelling between sites. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to implement and very user friendly and a quick proffecional support team that is happy to help when I need some help.
