There are lots of automation tools, remote machine administration tools (so that user interaction is minimal), and integrations for other tools. "Ninja One is a great addition to our IT toolbox"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja One has made keeping our systems updated and patched signigicantly more efficient and easier. The remote desktop capabilities that are fairly seemless make supporting users in outside locations quicker without so much time lost to travelling between sites. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to implement and very user friendly and a quick proffecional support team that is happy to help when I need some help.
