After years of frustration with other CRM systems I found Nimble
What do you like best? Nimble provides a seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook. Nimble also pulls in LinkedIn and other social media profiles right into the contact information. The email marketing templates are far better than Constant Contact. Managing tasks is intuitive and easy. I have Nimble and LinkedIn open side by side and I'm very productive. I don't have to remember anything in my head. What do you dislike? Nimble goes to sleep quicker than I would like, but it's one ...

Awesome social CRM.
What do you like best? I really appreciate the ease with which a strong prospect base can be built and contacts managed and engaged with. The ease with which you can look at people's social footprint and then at the click of a button add them to Nimble is a real time saver. The nimble add into Chrome is a great help also. A fantastic open system. The connection to MailChimp is also saving me heaps of time. What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind.No dislikes at all Recommendations ...

First time CRM user
What do you like best? It's so easy to navigate and set up. I work for a small national charity where everyone works from home so this helps massively with administrative tasks; keeping up to date with potential customers; our ability to extract data for funder reports; and using tags to easily identify specific groups of customers. I like that all the information about my contacts i.e. Linkin, Facebook, twitter can be linked on Nimble. What do you dislike? I'm probably not using all ...

Nimble gets the Job Done
What do you like best? I think Nimble does a really good job as a CRM in terms of flexibility. Being able to create your own tagging structure and custom fields allows you to really create a database that works for you and takes the guesswork out of things. What do you dislike? I dislike that there isn't as robust of a reporting structure and visualization tools to analyze email open rates, funnels, and specific campaigns as well as I would like to see. Recommendations to others ...

Incredible tool
What do you like best? The ability to easily keep track of my voluminous contact data base. It's a game changer for me. I sing this platform's praises to all of my contacts and regular demo it to colleagues. The side-bar in my GSuite based email is also super helpful. What do you dislike? Sometimes the sidebar in my email platform can be slightly buggy. I wish it had a native de-duping feature. I had to subscribe to a 3rd party vendor to dedupe my database. Recommendations to ...

It's amazing and super helpful!
What do you like best? Not only does it make it very easy for me to find and add contacts, but I love the emails I receive each time there are engagement opportunities for my brand. It's really easy for my team to check and see if someone has already been contacted and to see the history of contact, I have never used Salesforce before, but I assume this is a similar tool to salesforce, but geared more towards someone like me who isn't looking to necessarily make sales, but keep track of ...

Great to stay in touch witch active and passive network
What do you like best? it helps me generate information re a contact from many different sources stored in one place. since it sit in my gmail it keeps track of all my communication with my network, without me having to update the system. What do you dislike? i wish there was an even stronger connection with Linkedin (but that's not their fault, the widget does the basics, but can't see comms happening on linkedin. It sometimes seems to add company names as contacts, maybe I'm doing ...

Nimble is THE Social CRM Tool for my company!
What do you like best? Nimble Social CRM is an amazing communication and CRM tool. We use it extensively to enhance our Social Selling efforts. Specifically, Nimble helps us find, connect and develop relationships with our key contacts and prospects. What do you dislike? I wish we are able to interface real time with all of the social media including Facebook and LinkedIn like we can with Twitter. I realize this is not possible because Facebook and LinkedIn have closed API's; ...

Nimble Stands Out From The Crowd
What do you like best? The integration of social outlets that combines all contact info without any manual entry. Also the connection to Gmail that shows when an email is opened. I also very much like their customer service which was a major factor selecting Nimble. They have been great to work with. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike. I am new to CRM and am still learning to use the Deals function. Also, I use an alias email through Gmail, and I don't believe (and I ...
