NextGen Healthcare is one of the most excellent EHR tools I’ve ever used!
PROS: The software is cloud-based which means the security is better and more reliable, the files are accessible anytime and anywhere, and it’s easy to retrieve medical files in case the need for it arise. I also like the free demonstration end-users receives before buying the product. It’s very helpful in getting started with the system. Covers a wide range of services
PROS: I love the wide range of tools and features available. There are ambulatory services which are helpful during emergencies and secure and reliable sharing functionalities which make it easier to share confidential information with patients as well as with other medical practitioners that also needs to access them. Wonderful, advance EHR tool for health care organizations
PROS: It is cloud-based which means it’s easier to access and view vital information on a single screen. It generally meets the modern medical practice which is becoming increasingly demanding. It’s reasonably priced and easy to use if you already have an experience using similar solutions. CONS: We had some problems with templates creation and data display. It would be nice if they would look into those aspects from a user’s perspective and make improvements.

What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? Easy to navigate on either desktop, laptop or tablet. Plus being able to customized forms and templates is a plus.
