What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? I liked that NextGen Office is pleasing to look at because there's not a lot of clutter. It makes organizing schedules easy. What do you dislike about NextGen Healthcare EHR? I wish there was more customizable appointment types that allowed increased flexibility when scheduling patients. What problems is NextGen Healthcare EHR solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us schedule patients for the providers.

What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? How well Next Gen links all of the info on a patient. I can go from the encounter notes to the claims to the insurance info, etc etc without being in several systems. What do you dislike about NextGen Healthcare EHR? I really only have 1 complaint and that is with the sorting of the Secondary Billing list. It is a known issue (and has been for at least 4 years) that the list does not sort correctly. What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? Very detailed, easy to learn basic use of the system. Used by multiple health care facilities and with that it shares patient files so we can view also as a PCP. What do you dislike about NextGen Healthcare EHR? There are silly restrictions on things.
