What do you like best about Neon CRM? Having NeonCRM sync daily with ArtsPeople, our ticketing platform, means accurate data and complete patron and donor information. The weekly webinars are helpful for continued education, and customer service has been responsive.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Automatic membership reports and automatic renewal reminders have been very useful for us. The new donation forms are very attractive and offer great tools for sharing campaigns/showing progress. Support is generally accessible

What do you like best about Neon CRM? We just recently switched and had a great experience getting started. Neon CRM has lots of features that work well for us and are easy to use, but my favorite thing is that it's highly customizable. Everything from the admin dashboard to the customizable fields on forms and even custom tables - we can creatively solve problems and meet the needs of our organization even when Neon doesn't have exactly the tool we need already built. What do you like best about Neon CRM? At this point, the only positive I have to say about Neon is that it is already in use, and I've learned to work with its quirks.

"My love / hate experience."
What do you like best about Neon CRM? It meets our needs and then some. Specifically, I really liked the ability to customize forms on our info / data gathering per individual account that has proved invaluable in helping us identify mentors by industry, review individuals by company / organization name as alumni and move the needle significantly with donors using data reports from this historical data.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? I have appreciated all the learning videos and tips given as I didn't have anyone to train me when I began using the program. I've learned everything through the Neon videos.
