What do you like best about Neon CRM? Our association is an army of two and Neon CRM has made it decently easy to do events, donations and membership. We do pay for the tech support, which has been totally worth it. I would highly recommend paying for that option, even if only for a year.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? NEON CRM is easy to use and intuitive. I have always gotten quick expert advice from customer support. There are a lot of features, and I use NEON daily. It integrates well with other systems we use.

We also have an integration with Ujoin for our advocacy efforts. All the data is together. Most things are customizable, so it's easy to set up what works best for your organization.

We primarily use the system as a donor database and for event registrations. It has helped us to up our game with donor analysis. What do you like best about Neon CRM? 1) The workflows are outstanding, even at the basic level. ***Splurge for unlimited!*** 2) The reporting feature is easy to use and you can dig down into your data. It is query-based reporting, which is much more useful and user-friendly than filter-based reporting. Compared to Kindful reporting Neon's is stellar!
