Tech/Customer Service Needs to Learn What 'Service' Means
This is based on my experience with Nirmal Kumar today on behalf of a client. If your company's tech support has to refer you to another company's tech support to solve a problem after 25 minutes, you can't call it 'HELP.'I only gave him 2 stars because he managed to get me to the proper set of instructions, but couldn't somehow pinpoint where in the instructions I'd find the answer after I said I was not seeing it. Guess he had better things to do.

I experienced a very rude and bad responce from the support on chat i was waiting and waiting for reply very bad pre sale support....never recommend..Consider going to hostinger, Godaddy or Bigrock.

Cheapest domains on the market!

Slow abuse department
Contacted their abuse department over 10 days ago about a site hosted on their servers plagiarizing another legit company, scamming people out of money, but they don't seem to care about taking it down.coinmetro.biz is the scamcoinmetro.com is the legit companyPlease fix.My abuse report was sent 1 Dec 2020, 11:07 GMT+1In comparison just a week earlier I was in contact with ownregistrar about a similar matter, and they had the scam shut down within an hour!

Good and affordable
I've been using NC for a few years now and I haven't had any major issues. The support is sometimes slow but otherwise the services work as intended.

Cheap for a reason
They copy and paste their answers and don't really understand their own service issues. I had to tell them how domain transfers work. The worst part is I spend a full hour ensuring the auto renew was switched off, only to call back and see it hadn't been done and to be told I'd have to switch it off myself. I am not affiliated with GoDaddy in anyway, but they have been the best and easiest to get along with, and always found them very efficient.
