"Cobbled together software intensive administrative overhead not recommending"

What do you like best about N-able MSP Manager? It sounded great from the beginning a single pane of glass from which to view and manage my MSP operations. Integrated antivirus, backup, monitoring, with a complete set of network monitoring and security tools. It sounded good until it wasn't I shoaled say.

"Excellent ticketing system"

What do you like best about N-able MSP Manager? The integration with SolarWinds RMM. Tickets are logged and closed automatically as issues are fixed via the RMM dashboard. We can view client notes, passwords or take control of a machine from the one website. It is simple to customize alerts for aging tickets or SLA's.

"MSP's Best Friend: MSP Manager"

What do you like best about N-able MSP Manager? This is the one-stop-shop for MSPs who need to see their clients status at a glance. Integrated into the Manager is a ticketing system, portal, client-side portal, billing and Operations board to see everything happening at all times. There is a free, fully featured demo that allows you to really see how awesome this is.

What do you like best about N-able MSP Manager? The remote management facility is an excellent choice for those providing a fully managed service. The features allow connection to services remotely and pushing out patches.
