hi i wasnt able to confirm my company…
hi i wasnt able to confirm my company file online automatically. i went on online help and was served by Waaka. He was extremely patient as well as very helpful. he sent me the link for an online phone confirmation and then also guided me how to do the same. i explained i wasnt in a position to spend anything at the moment and he offered us a 1 year free trial for the new version as well.

Quick, efficient live chat help
In the space of <5 minutes, Kayla on the live chat help line fixed up the issue we'd been having where our file was stuck in a perpetual backup and wouldn't let us log in. 100% happy to recommend the live chat help team and Kayla specifically.

Since I have taken on the accounting…
Since I have taken on the accounting work for our son's contracting business I have had occasion to Live Chat with MYOB people on about 3 different occasions. They have ALL been so helpful and have solved any issues that I have had. Brilliant service.
