"User-friendly and engaging for online teaching"

What do you like best about Mural? Very easy to teach/show others how to use it, as such, using it for collaborative online tasks allows students to jump into the activity with very little learning time. Some colleagues who attend my sessions do not take the time to learn the basics and then complain are not able to participate fully. It would be great to have some VERY short intro videos that demonstrate Mural basics. I can't think of downsides. The only thing I can think of is that there are many templates and It is a lot of work to go through all of them.
