Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Mural works best for distributed teams running synchronous workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions where real-time co-editing matters. Very helpful to work remotely

What do you like best? I´ve been using Mural since 2014 when I started a consultancy business to help entrepreneurs to build their business. It was love at first sight. And, since then, they just improved a lot. It´s a perfect tool to co-create with teams remotely. I just cannot live without it. What do you dislike? As an early adopter, I saw a lot of improvement over the years, and now I don´t have anything that bothers me at all. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Fun collaboration tool and digital whiteboard

What do you like best? I liked that our teacher was able to easily summon is back to the part of the whiteboard that we needed to be in, I kept getting lost in other areas so it was helpful to be automatically re-directed. My professor was able to set time boxes for group activities and was able to put in in different groups for various activities, I like that the system would give us warning to wrap up when time was running out for an activity as well as the bell sound that signaled ...

The best drawing board and virtual planning room

What do you like best? Mural is a platform that is easy to learn and is fully customizable. It has a library of templates that can get you started. There may be too many templates to choose from but you'll eventually learn which ones would be useful for you. In any case, you can always start tabula rasa and shape the layout and content however you make it. I have a graphic design and information architecture background so maybe that helped speed up my learning curve. I love how it ...

Amazing Whiteboard Collaboration Space

What do you like best? Mural is super intuitive to use and easy to connect with colleagues and external partners. What do you dislike? Zooming in and out of the whiteboard space can be tricky when not using an iPad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mural allows me to coach clients remotely. Without Zoom and Mural I just don't see how remote agile coaching would be possible.

Virtual Whiteboard Actually Improves Experience Over the Real Thing

What do you like best? Mural provides a seamless experience for people working remotely to post ideas visually on a virtual whiteboard. What makes it better than a real white board? There's no need to take photos or transcribed the results - everything is already captured for you. I also appreciate the access to the Noun Project for icons - over 1,000,000 unique and helpful icons to add meaning to your visual collaborations. What do you dislike? Better support for freehand ...

Good collaboration software for Teams

What do you like best? I like the whiteboard ability to collaborate in real time in a free-form space. What do you dislike?
