Please take care: The payment has not yet been fully completed mail received.
Please avoid using Multisafepay. They ask you to pay twice. very bad company!
the communication of this company is one of the worse I ever encountered with. They sent false mails saying the payment did not went through while in fact it did. This means you do the payment again for a second time while at that moment you payed twice. Costs you an amount of money (which was avoidable) to correct the mistake. They don't take any responsibility of their own actions. Very unfriendly helpdesk. Company of which I did the transaction from online was also very unsatisfied with ...

Je suis marchand depuis 2012, ayant utilisé MULTISAFEPAY je peut témoigner sur cette solution de paiement en ligne. L'expérience utilisateur est correcte, bien qu'un peu rigide, cependant, multisafepay ne supporte absolument pas ses marchands (clients) et peut fermer votre compte du jour au lendemain sans autre forme de procès qu'un mail tres standard (ni explications)Nous en avons fait les frais.
