What do you like best about Multiplier? I was truly impressed by Prachii from Multiplier's attendiveness and efficiency. She was courteous and was able to understand my issue and provide best assistane. After responding to a query she followed it up and track issues to closure

I had reached out to them regarding a query and they immediately responded over chat itself and while my query was resolved there only - Prachi (who was helping me) still sent a follow up email to just follow through if I had any more doubts which was quite helpful

What do you like best about Multiplier? Multiplier website have complete information for all employees. It's nice to have everything such as the employment documents, payslip, forms and insurance all in one place. It's convenient and very easy to be familiar with. The best part for me is that when I have any question, I can just easily ask it to the chat and the response is very quick. What do you like best about Multiplier? Multiplier's customer service is very accommodating and competent. It was my first time using this platform and I'm absolutely loving it. Caroline helped me set up my account from onboarding until I received my first salary from my client.
