What do you like best about Muck Rack? Search functions and ease of ability to keep up with topics of interest. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? There is currently nothing that I dislike about the Muck Rack software. What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Muck Rack? Muckrack is great for finding unique journalists and publications with thorough contact information. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? Some contacts aren't entirely correct (bounced emails, broken links, etc.) What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you? MuckRack has cut my list building time in half and it has the huge benefit of being able to see what other team members have interacted with a contact.

What do you like best about Muck Rack? I love that Muck Rack offers CRM capabilities specific to PR & Comms Pros. Whether tracking client placements or interactions with a journalist, Muck Rack is the best information hub. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? What do you like best about Muck Rack? I love the simplicity of of the interface. Everything is easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? I don't love how you can't edit the original copy of a pitch once you've personalized it. I don't love that I can't delete test pitches that I sent out to myself so I can clear out the list of non-real pitches. It is easy to find reporters, set up a media list, use the platform to pitch directly to those reporters and then track responses. What do you dislike about Muck Rack?
