What do you like best about Muck Rack? Muck Rack is easy to use and navigate. It allows me to quickly and easily research contacts and compile into a media list. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? Muck Rack does not remove contacts that do not provide any contact information. What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you? Muck Rack is helping solve mass pitch and release distribution and searching media contacts. Allowing for saved time and increased productivity.

What do you like best about Muck Rack? I work primarily in media relations, so the fact that you can build a media list, send pitches and do follows up all in one place is fantastic. I also love the metrics and analytics behind media pitching and monitoring. And best of all, I love how quickly the help bot responds to inquiries.
