What do you like best about Muck Rack? I use all 3 major media databases. MuckRack offers the most responsive customer service team that I've worked with. The database is comprehensive and solid with better data, in my opinion, than some of the "competitors". What do you dislike about Muck Rack? They catch literally everything and haven't failed me yet. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? I don't like the process of assigning relationship owners in Muck Rack. Tons of data help with end-of-month reports, and the daily updates work better than google. What do you dislike about Muck Rack?
