Good tool for pitching journalists
What do you like best? What I like most about Muckrack is that you can see a lot of comprehensive information about journalists all on one page. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have found that info is outdated on Muckrack. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Business problems we have solved are finding journalists' contact information to be able to pitch them.

Good resource for journalists and people wanting to learn about journalists alike
What do you like best? From a journalist's point of view (regarding business development/personal branding, it's a good way to consistently showcase your work in a portfolio-type setting. The media industry needs you to hustle. Great tool for journalists new and old
What do you like best? I like that the website collects my story "clips" for me, but that I can also add my own if there are any missing. It adds to my credibility as a journalist. What do you dislike? I haven't noticed anything I dislike about Muck Rack. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Muck Rack allows me to aggregate my story clips for keeping track as well as easy display to others who may be interested.

Very Useful
What do you like best? Amazingly responsive customer support that answers any questions, does any additional research you ask of them. What do you dislike? Nothing really but if I had to say, it would be that they don't really personally connect you with any journalists What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? MuckRack helped us pitch to so many reporters which ended up in 30+ hits in news papers.

What do you like best? Muck rack allows other journalists to publish, where I can find a lot of great resources What do you dislike? Have to watch for articles not up to standard and not source them What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple and User Friendly
What do you like best? Layout of the journalist's clips -- it's chronological so it's easy to scroll through and see their work and history. What do you dislike? Boring HTML format. It looks sort of old. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding a reporter for our media lists; getting their contact info and work history; and it usually is a god send when the reporter doesn't have a good social media presence.

What do you like best? I love how easy to navigate it is and visually appealing the content comes up as What do you dislike? sometimes it doesn’t have all the info I need What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding information on reporters I want to pitch. It has saved me tons of time from having to do my own research
