The Open Site Explorer is a fantastic was to analyze backlinks and do some competitor research, Rank Tracker is a great was to watch keyword rankings, they have a great API to implement in your software. What do you like best? Open Site Explorer is their top tool which enables a powerful method of looking up link data like PA and DA. I also use Followerwonk frequently for checking social data. What do you dislike? Their campaigns aren't totally useful to me, but I wouldn't say I "dislike" them. It is useful comparing competitors, though. What do you like best? There are few area's that I use the most often and find useful. The first one is the page grading system that allows you to see how a given page is graded for a specific search term. It also provides suggestions on how to improve the page, which allows you to learn best practices quickly. Second, I find the weekly reports on SERP numbers for all your keywords very useful.
