Quick customer service, and accomplishment of refund request after I forgot to cancel due to personal circumstances. I requested the refund within the first 24 hours of being debited. MOZ was kind enough to follow through.

I've been using MOZ for a few years now and love not only the tool, but the content they offer about SEO and related topics.

Time saver at a cost

Good product with quick deliverables which would take a long time to hack out otherwise.If SEO is your business it’s a no-brainier if it’s only part of your business the costs may be too high.As for leaving their service the other reviewers are right there is no easy link based approach. Although not the most affordable SEO tool on the market, MOZ has plenty of powerful features and probably the nicest interface among similar services.

What do you like best? I love how simple the campaign organization is as well as how easy it is to generate a report. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything, we use this every day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SEO, frankly that is the primary reason we use it.
