John Novac did an amazing job for me
John Novac did an amazing job for me. I cannot say enough about this experience. If I could give him more stars I would. In a day where great customer service is hard to come by, especially online, he delivered as star performance. My site went down and instead of passing the problem on to the next technician or back to the hosting company, he asked a few questions, dug in, rolled up his sleeves and worked through the problem.
