We are a provider of NHS GP services and have been using Moto for the last few year. We updated our SSL today but a problem developed meaning that the sub pages could not be accessed. We contacted Moto and via live chat explained the problem and mentioned how urgent the matter was given that our patients are accessing econsultations real time due to current pandemic.Moto logged in and resolved the matter in a matter of minutes.
