What do you like best about Motivosity? I like seeing all the ways our employees contribute to our company. I get to see experiences with fellow employees that help us succeed. Overall it is a tool I wish I had in every job. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There are not many dislikes for me, to be honest. The addition of the visa card has made it much more advantageous. I really like everything about it maybe I wish you could add gifs on the comments. What problems is Motivosity ...

"Great tool easy to use and with lots of cool functionality"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is very easy to use and intuitive. Giving kudos and finding people is a quick process. Also, Redeeming for motivosity bucks is easy What do you dislike about Motivosity? I would say the only thing I would improve is when you send a group of people kudos it doesn't work very well with slack. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Community engagement and also recognition in the company.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy it is to find the right coworker especially in such a large company What do you dislike about Motivosity? I dislike that there are few categories to choose from when thanking someone. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Especially because we work from home, it can be hard to show coworker appreciation. So this bridges that gap for me.

Fostering relationships with people in my company that I may not normally have the opportunity to see/thank face to face.

It keeps telling me to complete my profile when it is in fact complete. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a diverse work team, many of which work remotely. This allows us all a way to show gratitude
