What do you like best about Motivosity? It is used as a platform to congratulate teammates on their hard work by promoting a positive experience and motivating teammates in an affirmative way What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is nothing that I would change about motivosity. I really enjoy using the platform What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Teammates can feel appreciated by their peers, supervisors, and providers.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like how it fosters comradery with my team. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I've had issues with the app/site being down, but that's the extent of the problem. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Fostering relationships with people in my company that I may not normally have the opportunity to see/thank face to face.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy it is to find the right coworker especially in such a large company What do you dislike about Motivosity? I dislike that there are few categories to choose from when thanking someone. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Especially because we work from home, it can be hard to show coworker appreciation. So this bridges that gap for me.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Social media platform that boosts morale and allows me to communicate with some employees that, otherwise, I may not speak with but once or twice per year. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I have no complaints with Motivosity and love the platform. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Love the shout outs, the birthday messages and the anniversary milestones.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is very easy to use and intuitive. Giving kudos and finding people is a quick process. Also, Redeeming for motivosity bucks is easy What do you dislike about Motivosity? I would say the only thing I would improve is when you send a group of people kudos it doesn't work very well with slack. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Community engagement and also recognition in the company.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like seeing all the ways our employees contribute to our company. I get to see experiences with fellow employees that help us succeed. Overall it is a tool I wish I had in every job. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There are not many dislikes for me, to be honest.
