What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? A great way to recognize employees and to provide more rewards. Also a good way for others within the company to see what peopel are doing.

I like that it is easy to redeem my rewards for gift cards and that they are preselected awards I can give to people so I don't have to spend as much time describing why I am thanking them.
