"An essential tool for motivation"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's quick, effective, and a great way to appreciate your collegues! What do you dislike about Motivosity? The monthly expiration of credits. I get what's it for, it's just a constant stress factor :) What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Saying thanks to peers and motivating employees

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love being able to appreciate colleagues and giving thanks to them. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only thing I can think of that it might improve is possibly adding an anonymous feature for those who might like it. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows the workplace to be more friendly and gives a space where coworkers can show thanks in different ways.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity has been a welcome addition to our company. We have been using it for over 1 year now, and engagement is impressive. Each day our teams post 10 - 100 new appreciations, highlights and kudos. For a mostly remote/hybrid company this really has made us feel more connected. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only downside I can think of is that the 1 on 1 meetings schedules are a bit too rigid for me. I prefer more flexibility in terms ...

What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Motivosity is not solving problems; it is just a fun tool to recognize coworkers for good deeds

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's super easy to recognize people and call out great things they have done and reward them. It's a fun quick way to say "thank you" What do you dislike about Motivosity? There really isn't a downside so much. Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming but if you set it so you can see updates specifically for your team then it can be a bit more manageable. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that you get to send praise in a very short and almost social media type of application. I love that you get to attach money too! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish I had more money to give but other than that I don't see any downsides What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? "Helps staff have fun and stay connected in a remote work environment!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Previously we were a very siloed organization, and it was more difficult to hear about what other people were working on on daily basis. Now it's much easier to see what others are doing. We also developed our core company values and tied them to Motivosity recognitions. It's also nice that people's birthdays and milestones are automatically recognized. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish Motivosity was a little easier to navigate. The "feed" ...
