"Helps staff have fun and stay connected in a remote work environment!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Previously we were a very siloed organization, and it was more difficult to hear about what other people were working on on daily basis. Now it's much easier to see what others are doing. We also developed our core company values and tied them to Motivosity recognitions. "Unified and Encouraging Work Environment"

What do you like best about Motivosity? One of my favorite parts of Motivosity is the opportunity I have in a leadership position to highlight my coworkers for the various things they do to make AG a fantastic place. Sometimes I struggle with how quickly the main wall fills up and pushes previous posts down, that there are not multiple channels to gear toward specific departments/shifts, and that the notification system is vague on the details of ...

"I think I would recommend it to a colleague but probably not a friend."

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like being able to say thank you to my team and colleagues. I also like being able to reward them monitarily. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I think what I like least is the amount we are given Monthly to give. If we receive and that is ours to spend, I end up giving some of it away. What do you like best about Motivosity? With Motivosity I can stay updated on birthdays, anniversaries and events within our whole business. I can give praise or recognition for jobs well done. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I dislike that some people don't take it seriously or haven't even signed into their account. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Motivosity? I love having a platform for providing praise to my fellow employees. It's great to share their amazing work with the rest of the company. It helps to have a standard platform for the entire business to use. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There are not a lot of downsides to Motivosity. It is easy to use. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us solve: * Single platform for recognition * Reporting on recognition
