What do you like best about Motive? Motive gives us insight into the behaviors of our drivers behind the wheel we wouldn't know about without Motive. We can see our drivers location in real time, see their actions and learn from them. What do you dislike about Motive? Currently, we dislike the DRIVE score is not based on behaviors we feel are focus for our fleet and the reporting of the score is on a rotating schedule and not specific dates you can coincide with our company reporting. "Dependable system, easy to use and very informative"

What do you like best about Motive? We utilize Motive for our E-logs, GPS and driver safety. The system is easy to navigate, with the live status of drivers on the highway and in the city. We also have dash cams to assess any/all incidents and accidents. We can access our driver's speeds and check up on their trips for estimated times of arrival and/or delays. What do you dislike about Motive? Access to the dash cam footage, requested at 3-minute intervals at a time, is complicated to find ...

What do you like best about Motive? The chat support is the best feature added in Motive (excluding the reports). The events AI dashcam is also quite accurate, especially for collisions and red lights. Only issue I noticed is for corners but that can be our units. What do you dislike about Motive? Ordering things takes way too long. I wanted a vehicle gateway and had to wait multiple days (sometimes weeks) for account managers to complete it. Better access to products - perhaps a portal ...

What do you like best about Motive? Easy to use. Very helpful customer support. What do you dislike about Motive? I don't have any dislike so far, i am using it for abot 2 years. Recommendations to others considering Motive: Go for it. You will like it. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Replace paper logs.
