"Rocky start but getting smoother as we go."

What do you like best about Motive? The speed of the response from Support is unmatched. Despite them not always being able to resolve it right then and there, they do a good job of ensuring you get some sort of an answer. What do you dislike about Motive? Data capacity issues plague this system. There are pros and cons with every ELD but I would say the pros definitely outweigh the cons with Motive. What do you like best about Motive? I appreciate that the team with Motive does an excellent job of listening to our needs and company culture. What do you dislike about Motive? There is nothing I can think of or identify at this time as a dislike. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Motive has provided an option for our non Short-Haul exempt fleet to complete driver logs.

What do you like best about Motive? Since we have started using Motive my fleet management has seen a decidedly uptick in my FCSMA ratings and score. I get email alerts when any infractions occurand am able to caoch the driver in real time . Also any time I have a technical issue They are always by the phone 24/7 and the wait time is almost nonexistent. Lots of stramlined benefits to using their system from the IFTA reports by using their Fleet card and accident reoports when one does ...

What do you like best about Motive? I love how quick you can talk to support when needed. What do you dislike about Motive? Recently some changes happened to our account and it caused issues with using the ELD's correctly. The communication from the engineers is not very good to let us know what the problem is. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Motive is a great program for ELD's.

What do you like best about Motive? it has an easy to use dashboard. fast and knowledgeable support staff and lots of extra features to help track fuel usage etc What do you dislike about Motive? it can be a little glitchy but sounds like the same for most ELD providers What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? motive handles all my issues as they come up. so far so good

What do you like best about Motive? It just works. Little set up time. Features are complete and easily accessible. What do you dislike about Motive? Hardware cost is a little high comparatively to competitive brands. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? No real issues yet. Connection with our fuel card system is not turnkey. Need to build an API.

What do you like best about Motive? Motive is an all inclusive solution(tracking,logbook,camerasetc.). They charge a single price and all parts of the product are available. The UI is also very user friendly. What do you dislike about Motive? I would like a few different reports availble. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to get all our IFTA, fuel and safety covered with a single product.

"Outstanding coaching Tool for drivers"

What do you like best about Motive? I use Motive for two primary reasons. First, to improve the driving skills of our drivers by showing events and using them to improve driving habits. Second, it's very useful for tracking where drivers are and have been to help dtermine how efficient they are. What do you dislike about Motive? There is nothing really to dislike that comes to mind. Sometimes, the tracking of drivers is a bit behind. I'm not certain what causes this or if it's the signal ...
