"Experience has been awful"
What do you like best about Motive? nothing much to be honest. Customer support is awful and the eld itself doesn't work properly. What do you dislike about Motive? ELD's are not functioning normally and customer support is awful web also isn't really user friendly What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? None, they are only making further problems

"Motive has performed adequately for our equipment tracking"
What do you like best about Motive? Our account rep is responsive, but resolution to our needs is often slow. What do you dislike about Motive? There is no ability to create our own reporting. Having to modify or blend the cookie cutter reports provided has been an issue. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to see the status and location of our fleet.

"Positive experience"
What do you like best about Motive? Easy to install, user friendly app for the drivers, and for Fleet manager also What do you dislike about Motive? Bluetooth connection is not that great and got a lot of UD from my drivers on that reason. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? We had a lot of HOS violations before using Motive

What do you like best about Motive? I like the electronic log options and the ability to see in real-time our drivers on the move. What do you dislike about Motive? The Electronic log map is delayed really bad and needs fixing, also when we call for help we are unable to get anyone to help us out with anything. "Motive Works as Needed for Company Use."
What do you like best about Motive? Live Tracking of Vehicles and also all the reports you can run with the system. What do you dislike about Motive? When I need help online speaking to an Agent, the bot usually steers me to a page for me to read information myself. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Motive is solving our DOT and IFTA reporting.

"Constantly Improving"
What do you like best about Motive? Less errors and equipement issues than other ELD's. Customer Service is improving, they seem to listen to the customers suggestions. Love the new Chat Help feature. What do you dislike about Motive? Dislike that they do not have an online store for ordering products and additional equipement.
