Monday helps me organized tasks more accurately and accomplish things more faster.
What do you like best? I can easily monitor new tasks/projects that are assigned to me. I can upload documents, materials or tools to a folder with brief descriptions and date. What do you dislike? Poor customer service
The system is easy to use and intuitive, however we are on a Pro package and the customer service seems to be terrible, hours to get a reply from the help desk so no support of any sort in setting up.I was expecting to be able to set up levels of permissions but this is only available on the Enterprise package.Just started but really not sure we made the right choice

Effective product in Project Management with a lot customization
What do you like best? The best part of Monday.com is to customize everything you need and allocate those to your hand-picked team members. What do you like best? The ease of creating new boards and tasks What do you dislike? I wish there was a better Kanban board. If it had Trello like views, I would stick with Monday for everything.
