Beware: their user-hostile pricing is designed to overcharge you!
They force you to purchase plans in increments of 5 teammates. That means if I have 6 people on my team I'm forced to buy a plan for 10 teammates which is literally double the cost for 1 more person.This is a user-hostile pricing structure that is purposefully designed to overcharge businesses.I wrote in to their customer service and complained. Monday.com Continues to Impress
What do you like best? Above everything else, the support team! They are always available to help. Any time I have an issue I am trying to resolve, I shoot them an email and they are quick to respond with clarifying questions or immediate recommendations. It is amazing the quality of care they are able to provide even to smaller clients like my company. Easy to use project management tool
What do you like best? Easy to use and a flexible tool that shows multiple views of boards such as kanban, gantt chart, timeline and calendar views. What do you dislike? Depending how you set it up and use it across a company really impacts the overall ease of use. The more boards you have, the messier it can get to find what you're looking for. Easy to Use Project Management System
What do you like best? You can personalize and design your boards almost like it's your own planner. What do you dislike? Sometimes I get too many notifications for things I don't need to know and not enough for important things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are helping our team members keep track of projects and see what other people are working on.

Easy to Use
What do you like best? I really like how easy it is to use and I like the interface. It is very welcoming. I love organization and colors and this PM tool does it very nicely. What do you dislike? A great platform to manage the work
What do you like best? Data transparency means that staff members are able to notice certain facts or updates at the very same time. Previously, different internal procedures could all be transferred to a single board. The code is also very versatile and helps the client to incorporate any workflow. What do you dislike? What do you like best? With the help of Monday.com, we have broken our large projects into small task and categorize them effectively so that we can assign them to our members too. It is very helps in the sense that whenever someone completes a particular portion it marks it’s as done and notifies us about the pending tasks. What do you like best? Slick and smooth experience in starting to use and building out dashboards. Ease of use, discoverability, flexibility to build-out dashboards for almost anything (From task list, to project progress, to reporting) What do you dislike? Using Monday in a multi-location environment
What do you like best? Having all the tasks laid out with priorities, due dates, color coding, and all of that makes Monday a fantastic tool. What do you dislike? Sometimes the UI can be somewhat tedious, and the constant emails and notifications you get by default are annoying, but easy to deal with. What problems are you solving with the product?
