Acceptable integration, great interface but little supoort

What do you like best? The user interface is amazing. Hands down one of the best we’ve ever used. What do you dislike? Customer support for Monday is much to be desired. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing teams from different tasks into one single software so we don’t work over each other.

What do you like best? I absolutely love the design of the software itself. Everything looks sleek and simple. What do you dislike? Archiving system is dapulse is a bit of a challenge. It's not always easy to find the things the tickets that are archived. What do you like best? I've used many project management tools, but I particularly like dapulse for its simplicity and ease of use. What do you like best? I like the drag and drop feature. It's also good that they send daily email reminders of the changes made to the projects.
