What do you like best? Dapulse [monday.com] is extremely flexible. My team is able to quickly adapt to new challenges in our projects without having to spend loads of time learning how the software works. This was actually the biggest reason that we went with dapulse, our team was using several different project tracking programs and this was the least painful to get everyone on board with. What do you like best? I like that it gets my whole team on the same page. It's easy to communicate on projects, forecast activity and see what everyone is working on at-a-glance. What do you dislike? There are a few missing features - private messaging is a big one. The fact that it is very customizable gives endless possibilities for what and how you want to track various initiatives.
