For collaborative projects, it's the one I liked the most.

What do you like best? This software is really really flexible. You can manage projects with timelines, resources, etc. Keeping on top of project management is easy with Monday.com. Keeping on top of upcoming events too. Much better than multiple scribbles on lists and/or calendars. The ease of use. I watched a very quick online tutorial and was up and running immediately. It is intuitive to use and has a ton of functionality. What do you dislike? I found it a little confusing to see ...

Monday Review

What do you like best? The tasking feature is excellent. If using this primarily to complete a to-do list the functions are really excellent and commendable. This works exceptionally well for our sales and marketing teams but not so well for our operational teams. We have large teams with very complex operations. What do you dislike? The mobile app needs a different view, 'cause the pc version and web version are 10/10, but for the mobile the current view I don't feel comfortable to ...

A good way to organize all of the small tasks that make up the big picture...

What do you like best? I liked using Monday.com as a way to breakdown the bigger tasks within the team into the smaller, daily tasks and milestones it would take to get there. What do you dislike? I found that while I wanted to use the calendar feature for long-term strategic planning, it actually had extremely low functionality and wasn't actually very useful. Unfortunately because it had good potential to work in a gantt-chart-esque way. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Very useful to coordinate

What do you like best? Excellent. Perfect for myself or my small team Love this for project management and managing tasks. Easy to track what has and hasn't been done and what is in progress; who is working on what. What do you dislike? Monday.com is great, but not really optimized to be used on Android. My colleagues having iOS have no complaints, but there is definitely room for improvement on Android. Recommendations to others considering the product: In general, it is a good and ...

Monday improves productivity

What do you like best? Monday.com has been an instrumental tool in helping with coordination and communication of projects across departments and with team members who don't work within the same office. What do you dislike? There doesn't appear to be a way for non-users to create tasks. For a small internal marketing team, it would be nice for other departments to submit tasks without being users. Recommendations to others considering the product: Access to information is the most ...

My opinion about Monday

What do you like best? I liked the idea of thinking projects management outside of the box but this just didn't work for us. The level of granularity that you can achieve was just not there for us. What do you dislike? There is a learning curve to setting up projects and daily tasks to be successful with this web-based system. Initially creating to-do lists and projects is slow since information has to be input, but once it is created, it's easy to maintain and update. Recommendations ...

Great Visual To Do List & Project Planning tool

What do you like best? I like it because it is easy to use, very intuitive. Customizable for your projects and company. You can easily monitor the processes step by step in any department you have in your company. What do you dislike? I found that it lacks the ability to add secondary tasks or assign a task to several people and notifications can become a bit overwhelming especially if you are working on several projects although the mobile application works well, the notifications tab ...

A spectacular tool to coordinate and manage projects and tasks

What do you like best? I like Monday, I use this application a lot for a daily organization of work. With it I follow up on my individual work or with my team, also informs the person in charge of the task and can share the boards, which allows us to be aware of the processes and we can track them. In addition, organize your activities, which allows you to have your slopes up to date. What do you dislike? I would like that at some point you can add subtasks to the tasks since the ...
