Best Organizational/Inventory/Scheduling Program

What do you like best? Very well designed aesthetically! Layout is extremely organized and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? The desktop version could be faster. The mobile application is much faster than the desktop version. Recommendations to others considering the product: Learn how to utilize it as best you can - it’s almost like having an entire software bundle all in one program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Powerful and Flexible Task Management

What do you like best? Monday provides me with the tools I need to tailor project and task tracking to how my company and team works. It works great with Zapier to connect with other cloud tools like QuickBooks Online a gSuite. My team uses Monday as the one place to go to find out the latest updates and track progress. What do you dislike? The native integrations (without Zapier are a work in progress. I have run into challenges with some of the text fields (long fields not supported ...

Very easy to use and set up

What do you like best? I like the color-coded columns and the layout/smoothness of the app. Very easy for anyone to use and implement, so not a whole lot of time required for employees or contractors to get the hang of it. What do you dislike? It could be a little more customizable, but that might take away from the user-friendliness of it, so maybe it's best that it only offers the basics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping ...

Very quick and easy project management tool for SMBs

What do you like best? I love how intuitive and pleasurable the software is. I actually enjoy using it; migrating everything from my old PM tool wasn't a pain, but it was actually somewhat fun. The functionality is exactly what I need for my small business. What do you dislike? There are some features that my old tool (Airtable had that Monday.com doesn't have, yet. There are fewer types of columns you can create -- most notably, you can't create a drop-down menu with "multiple select" ...

Monday is a new way of managing projects in a better way

What do you like best? Monday is a great addition and a direct extension of our team today. The mobile app is also really excellent. It's much simpler than the full-fledged web app but it gets the job done, and so will you. What do you dislike? So far, everything has been great! Support is very responsive so I don't foresee any major obstacles. It's a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, you'll love it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Every ...

Very useful for remote work

What do you like best? The templates are intuitive and I can create a Dashboard in the exact way I like it. I've tried a couple of similar tools and monday.com has the most developed app from them all, which also adds to the smooth workflow. What do you dislike? I have not experienced any negative features of this product myself, though some of my colleagues have commented that the functionality is somewhat limited. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to assign ...

What do you like best? It's helpful to have a place where all projects are shared. I like the visual experience as well. What do you dislike? I think getting used to the program is a bit challenging. I'm still onboarding, but it hasn't been the smoothest process. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a clear onboarding process and make sure everyone has access to it in your organization. What problems are you solving with the product? I liked the service and it was very easy to use and create new schedules and evens for these people. I continue to use it because it is so user-friendly! What do you dislike? I do not have any strong complaints. I would like to see the updates continue to smooth out some small kinks in the program but other than that I believe ...
