What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk? The system is very easy to use and configure. All standard service desk features are there (custom email ticket support + user portal for ticket tracking). Zapier integration makes it easy to create custom forms beyond the ticket widget builder for business purposes. User management is easy.

What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk? I like Mojo because it makes it easy to solve issues around the University! It makes communication very easy with the messaging system that is built into the system!
